This small wooden jewellery box is crafted from Tasmanian blackwood. The top of the box is a figured red river gum veneer and the inside lid and base are figured messmate veneer. This jewellery box also has a small lift-out tray with two partitions for storing smaller items. The tray is made from Tasmanian myrtle. All the woods used to make this box are native to Australia.
The box is finished in Danish oil and then waxed to give it a silky smooth finish.

Note: This box is handcrafted from natural timbers which may contain small defects such as small insect holes, wood knots, and variations in colour. This however does not cause any issues to the structure of the unit.
